Job Title: Quality Assurance / Systems Specialist (QA / IMS Specialist) Location: Baghdad – Al-Mansour Working Days: Sunday – Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Salary: Competitive / Based on Experience Job Overview: Darjah Recruitment Services is currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance / Systems Specialist to join one of our leading client companies. In this role, you will support the Systems and Quality Manager in implementing, monitoring, and improving the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) across headquarters, project sites, and various departments through reliable document control, internal audits, and performance follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the Master Document Register and manage document coding, revision status, distribution, and withdrawal of obsolete documents in line with internal procedures. Support document owners in preparing and reviewing procedures, forms, registers, and QA trackers. Conduct assigned internal audits, support audit planning, and assist in certification audit preparations. Track audit, corrective, and Management Review actions, gather closure evidence, and escalate overdue or significant issues. Follow up on risk registers and risk-treatment action plans. Collect and monitor departmental KPIs, track process deviations, and compile performance data for Management Review. Support process mapping, process-review activities, and maintain the Management of Change (MoC) Register. Coordinate across internal departments, project sites, and external certification or client auditors as directed. Ensure full compliance with company IMS policies, HSE rules, and stop any work presenting imminent safety risks (Stop Work Authority). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Management Systems roles. ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification/training required; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 training is a strong advantage. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, quality management, and document control procedures. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and reporting tools. Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, high integrity, and excellent communication abilities.
