Key Responsibilities: • Handle daily receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of equipment and materials. • Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders, packing lists, and delivery notes; report shortages or damage. • Prepare and maintain goods receipt notes, delivery notes, material issue records, and return documentation. • Update inventory records with quantities, item codes, serial numbers, storage locations, and project allocations. • Arrange and label warehouse stock, including telecom equipment, tools, spare parts, and consumables. • Coordinate local transportation and material deliveries to project sites and other destinations. • Follow up with suppliers, transporters, and procurement staff on pending shipments and deliveries. • Issue materials to authorized staff and subcontractors against approved requests and maintain handover records. • Conduct routine stock counts and report discrepancies, shortages, damaged items, and slow-moving stock. • Support Finance and Procurement by supplying accurate receipt and inventory documentation. • Keep the warehouse orderly, secure, and compliant with basic safety and handling procedures. • Prepare regular logistics, delivery, and inventory status updates for management. Qualifications and Skills: • 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory, or material control. • Practical familiarity with receiving, stock records, and delivery documentation. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications. • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple deliveries. • Good Arabic communication skills and working knowledge of English. • Reliable, accountable, and able to work with minimum day-to-day supervision. Preferred: • Experience in telecom, ICT, trading, or contracting environments. • Familiarity with inventory software and tracking equipment by serial number. • Basic knowledge of freight, shipment, and customs-clearance documents. • Valid driving licence and willingness to visit project sites when needed.
