AKT Company has an exclusive vacancy for an HR specialist with the following Requirements: 1- Min. 3- 5 years of experience in HR systems and databases. 2- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations. 3- In-depth knowledge of Iraqi labor law and HR policies and procedures. 4- Experience in managing employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management. 5- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
