Head of Marketing (Offline) - Salary up to 3M IQD! Working Days: Saturday - Thursday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Mobile Phones Sector Job Overview: Darjah for Recruitment Services is currently looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and oversee marketing activities, brand development, and retail marketing execution across Iraq. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and visibility across Iraq. Ensure consistent brand image and marketing standards across different store types and retail locations. Conduct regular store visits and marketing audits to evaluate brand execution and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with store owners to improve branding, product displays, and promotional visibility. Negotiate branding placement and visibility opportunities with retail partners. Plan and supervise branding implementation for new store openings, renovations, and store upgrades. Coordinate with suppliers of display cabinets, branding materials, and promotional items to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Develop alternative plans to minimize the impact of supplier or delivery delays on marketing activities. Oversee the inventory, availability, and distribution of branding materials and promotional gifts across Iraq. Maintain accurate records of stock movement, inventory levels, and material distribution. Establish appropriate stock levels to prevent shortages and excess inventory. Plan marketing material availability and distribution ahead of key seasons and promotional campaigns, including Ramadan. Monitor marketing execution across stores and ensure timely resolution of branding or display issues. Analyze marketing, store branding, and inventory data to evaluate performance and prepare regular reports. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective execution of marketing projects and activities. Requirements: Relevant experience in marketing, retail marketing, brand management, or marketing operations. Experience in the smartphone, consumer electronics, or retail industry is highly preferred. Proven experience managing in-store branding, retail marketing activities, and brand visibility. Experience coordinating with retail partners and negotiating display placement is an advantage. Experience in store audits, brand implementation, and marketing project coordination. Strong data analysis, reporting, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects, store openings, campaigns, and deliveries simultaneously. Willingness to travel regularly between cities in Iraq. Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
