Seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Duhok branch with at least 2 years experience, leadership skills, and proficiency in English or Turkish.
English Home is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for (Duhok - Family Mall Branch) Responsibilities: • Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers and dealing with customers. •Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks. •Monitoring shelves, stocks and the general image of the store. •Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints. • Motivating employees to achieve targets. •Training new staff members and scheduling shifts. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field. •Strong Leadership, Management and Problem-Solving skills. • Languages: English or Turkish • Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs.
