Supports marketing team by designing dealer showrooms, signs, and displays across Iraq, coordinating with sales, dealers, and suppliers, ensuring quality and deadline adherence.
Job Title: Architectural Design and Implementation Services Assistant Specialist Department: Sales & Marketing Location: (Erbil based, travel required) Description: The Architectural Design and Implementation Services Assistant Specialist supports the marketing team by designing, implementing, and following up on dealer showrooms, signage, and display solutions across Iraq, while providing design and branding support to dealers and clients. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop dealer showrooms across Iraq in line with company standards. • Design and follow up dealer signboards throughout all Iraqi cities. • Design stands, shelves, and in-store display solutions to support dealers. • Work closely within the marketing team and coordinate with sales, dealers, and suppliers. • Visit dealers regularly and follow up on site implementations when needed. • Support clients by designing all required architectural, visual, and branding materials. • Contribute to branding and visual identity applications. • Ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, and suitable for the local market. • Monitor execution quality and ensure timely completion of projects. • Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks. • Travel to all Iraqi cities when required. Required Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields Experience & Technical Skills • Proven experience in architectural design, branding, and implementation • Strong knowledge of: o Adobe Photoshop o Adobe Illustrator o AutoCAD o 3ds Max • Experience in showroom, signage, and display design is a strong advantage Languages: • Kurdish, and Arabic, are must • Turkish, and English are plus Other Requirements • Ability to work under pressure • Willingness to travel across Iraq • Strong communication and coordination skills • Driving license preferred Work Conditions • Office and field-based role • Frequent dealer visits and site follow-ups Apply via Email: [email protected] (Please mention the job title in the email subject line)
