Problem Solving: -Analyze and identify the root causes of technical problems. -Develop effective solutions and preventative measures to enhance system reliability. Technical Background: -Possess a strong technical background with proficiency in IT systems and infrastructure. -Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices. IT support experience -Experience in application testing and maintenance Language Skills: -Proficiency in English, and Kurdish is required Education and Experience: -Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field. -Proven experience in user support and system maintenance.
