Job Vacancy Announcement - Senior Cybersecurity Engineer We're Hiring! - Senior Cybersecurity Engineer Location: Baghdad, Iraq Department: Information Security Role Overview The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for safeguarding the organization's systems, infrastructure, and data against cyber threats. This role involves leading the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of security technologies including firewalls, SIEM, EDR/DR, and threat-mitigation systems, as well as handling incident response, DDoS defense, and continuous reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage firewalls, SIEM, EDR/DR systems. Monitor security events and investigate alerts. Lead incident response activities. Handle DDoS mitigation and threat defense. Generate detailed security reports for management. Enhance security policies, procedures, and documentation. Requirements Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity. 4+ years of experience in security engineering or SOC operations. Hands-on with SIEM, EDR/DR, firewalls, and incident handling.
