Seeking a Factory Manager with 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, responsible for overseeing production, quality, and team management, based in Erbil, Kurdistan.
KRD Holding (https://www.linkedin.com/in/lana-surchy/#) is hiring: Factory Manager Location: Erbil-Kurdistan Region #Responsibilities: - Oversee daily production, maintenance, and QA/QC operations. - Ensure compliance with food safety, water quality, and regulatory standards. - Monitor operational costs, wastage, and efficiency KPIs. - Lead department heads, supervisors, and staff development. - Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Logistics on planning and inventory. #Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical) or a related Industrial/Manufacturing field. - 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations. - Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role. - Strong background in factory operations, quality compliance, and team leadership.
