You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into captivating designs, ensuring that the visual elements align with the overall brand identity and messaging. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualization and Design: - Develop creative concepts and visual designs for a range of projects, including but not limited to digital campaigns, marketing materials, social media content, and motion graphics. - Translate project requirements into visually engaging layouts, ensuring a seamless integration of text and imagery. 2. Motion Graphics: - Create dynamic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and engagement in multimedia projects. - Collaborate with video editors and content creators to integrate motion elements into video projects. 3. Brand Identity: - Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design work to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand identity. - Contribute to the development and evolution of brand assets, including logos, color schemes, and typography. 4. Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives. - Incorporate feedback and revisions effectively to refine designs and achieve optimal results. 5. Software Proficiency: - Demonstrate expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools for motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology. 7. Quality Assurance: - Conduct quality checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Graphic and Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and successful projects. - Proficient in graphic design software and motion graphics tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and creativity.
