Job Title: Procurement Manager Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq Company: City Star Company Job Purpose: Manage and oversee the company’s procurement operations to ensure cost-effective purchasing, quality sourcing, and timely delivery in line with company policies and business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute procurement strategies to support company goals. - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best quality and pricing. - Oversee purchase requests, orders, and vendor performance. - Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure contract compliance. - Collaborate with departments to meet material and service needs. - Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management. -Strong negotiation and communication skills. -Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred). -Fluency in English and Kurdish; Arabic is a plus.
