Seeking an experienced supervisor for well completion, workover, and intervention operations in Iraq oilfields, responsible for safety, supervision, and coordination of technical operations on-site.
Job Title: Completion & Workover Supervisor (International) Location: Iraq Oilfield (On-site) Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off Contract: Long-term 🔧 Job Description We are looking for an experienced Completion & Workover Supervisor (International) to support on-site well completion, workover and well intervention operations in Iraq oilfields. capabilities. 🎓 Qualification & Certification Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines (Exceptionally experienced candidates are not limited by university major) Valid medical fitness certificate (English version) International Well Control Certificate (IWCF preferred / IADC acceptable) Valid H2S Training Certificate 🛢️ Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in drilling, completion, workover or well intervention operations Minimum 3 years’ experience as Completion or Workover Supervisor Proven experience in: Sand control Perforating Fracturing Fishing operations 🧠 Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership in QHSE implementation at well site Solid understanding of downhole tools, materials, and well conditions Ability to supervise: Vertical & horizontal well completion Workover operations ESP installation Proficient in: Well killing procedures and calculations Hydraulics, pressure control, mud weighting, annular velocity calculations Experienced with WELLVIEW for daily operation reporting Strong reporting skills including Daily Reports & Final Post Job Reports Fluent in written and spoken English Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) Strong coordination, communication, and people management skills Able to work under harsh climate and long working hours 📌 Main Responsibilities Full responsibility for QHSE management at well site Supervise and execute completion, workover, stimulation and well intervention operations Ensure compliance with company policies, PTW system and HSE standards Lead daily operation meetings and pre-job safety meetings Manage service companies’ personnel and equipment on site 🎁 Employment Package 28/28 rotation Tax-free salary Accommodation provided Airfare support Medical insurance (project based) 📩 How to Apply Please send your CV, certificates (IWCF/IADC, H2S) to: 📧[email protected]
