Gateway ICT Solutions is seeking an IPTV Monitoring Officer to oversee live channels, manage IPTV streaming, and troubleshoot technical issues. The role requires 2+ years of experience in a Master Control Room, proficiency in IPTV systems, and fluency in English and Arabic.
Job Announcement Position: IPTV Monitoring officer Duty Location: Erbil Job Description: Gateway ICT Solutions seeking a IPTV Monitoring officer to work under the direct supervision of the Technical Director and with our Master Control Room to achieve our business’ digital goals. IPTV Monitoring officer will be responsible for Monitoring live Channels and Broadcast football games Responsibilities: · Monitoring live Channels and Broadcast football games and other Live Events. · Manage IPTV Streaming including all local and international channels. · Manage IPTV Streaming including all (Encoders, Transcoders, and Streamers). · Monitoring IPTV infrastructure and alerting all concerned stakeholders as well as coordinating to resolve network and technical issues · Night Shift: 5 PM to 1 AM Requirements: · Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Master Control room experience in implementing and managing IPTV-related technologies. · Able to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IPTV Systems and Operations. · Should have good communication and excellent leadership skills. · Familiar with Video Playout/ Automated system. · Flexible regarding working hours. · Ability to speak, Arabic and English, as a company, we communicate in English.
