Seeking a farm manager for Green Sprouts Farm in Erbil. Must have a degree in agriculture, horticulture, or related field, knowledge of plant cultivation and sustainable practices, proficiency in Arabic, Kurdish, and English, and a valid driver's license.
Vacancy: Farm Manager Location:Erbil Job Description: We are seeking a Farm Manager to oversee daily farm operations, including planting, sales, customer presentations, and overall management. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day farm operations. * Ensure the health and growth of microgreens. * Conduct sales and engage with customers. * Deliver presentations and tours. * Comfortable with appearing in social media for educational purposes. * Maintain farm records and inventory. * Comply with health and safety regulations. Requirements: * Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field. * Strong knowledge of growing plants and sustainable practices. * Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and English. * Familiarity with local food systems. * Excellent communication, customer service, and marketing skills. * Valid driver’s license and access to a car. * Strong organizational skills and ability work under pressure.
