iFlex Solutions is hiring an IT Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and install/maintain CCTV, fire alarms, and UPS systems. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science and 3 years of experience.

Job Title: IT Technician Location: Erbil Company Name: IT Technician Duties and Responsibilities  Knowledge with All types of switches -Configuring and troubleshooting Routers (Mikrotik & Cisco) .  Strong understanding of networking protocols.  Provide technical support to end-users.  Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely.  Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.  Install and maintenance CCTV camera, smoke detectors, fire alarm system, intercom system.  Program DVR & NVR Recording Units.  Pulling cables for all low current system.  Install support structures, including cable racks, j-hooks, innerduct, cable tray and other related structures.  Strong knowledge with UPS.  Have a good communication with customers.  Can work under pressure. Qualifications and Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or any related field.  Exceptional working knowledge of computer system, including network, servers, And system maintenance.  Minimum 3 years of experience.  Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.  Flexibility and willingness to work days, Nights and weekends as required if necessary.
