Job Opportunity – Tender & Contracts Administrator Location: Erbil | Industry: Oil & Gas | Full-Time A reputable oil & gas company is seeking a Tender & Contracts Administrator to manage end-to-end bid and tender activities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely submission of RFTs, ITTs, RFPs, and EOIs. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 5+ years’ experience in tenders/contracts (oil & gas preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Proficient in English; local language a plus Responsibilities: Main point of contact for all tender communications Track, register, and submit tenders in ERP Collect internal approvals and maintain tender records Coordinate post-award requirements Apply: Send CV to [email protected] (Subject: Tender and Contracts Admin – Erbil)
