Green IVY is seeking an HR Officer in Erbil. The role involves managing recruitment, reviewing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with Iraqi labor laws. Excellent Kurdish and English skills are required.
Green IVY, a general trade company based in Erbil since 2014, is looking for a Self-motivated, Well-organized (HR Officer). * Duties - Managing the recruitment process. - Regularly review human resources policies and procedures, including job descriptions, and suggest modifications if required. - Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format. - Assure that (Green IVY) HR policies and procedures are well understood and respected. - Monitoring employee performance. - Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment. * Requirements - University degree in Business Admiration, Human Resources management, or other related fields. - Proven experience as an “HR officer” or other HR position for one year at least. - Excellent Kurdish\English written and verbal communication skills are required, Arabic is additional. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. - Understanding of Iraqi Labor Law and disciplinary procedures. - Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. - Able to resolve employee and organizational issues in an effective way.
