Human for Human Organization VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT HFH Human for Human local NGO based in Karbala is seeking for qualified applicants for the below post to work within the Basra: Vacant Position: facilitator/ Coach officer ( 1 person) Vacancy #: IRQ‐H03 Grade: G4 Step4 Duration: 8 months with possible extension Deadline: 10 August 2022 Reports to: Project Assistant Reporting lines : Project Manager Subordinates: Business Development Human for Human organization is an Iraqi local organization working in central and south of Iraq. The organization most specialized field of work is relief programs, capacity building and development. The organization has received funds from United Nations, international governmental funds and international donor organizations. H4H is focusing on child protection, youth development and economic development. Location: H4H seeks qualified candidates to fill 1 positions in Basrah office and. The staff will be required to work 5 days a week 40 hours. Summary: The facilitator/ Coach officer will support the project beneficiaries in the economic development project in Basra The Coach’s strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, along with some knowledge of business development, will ensure that H4H delivers high-quality economic development and employment program. - Under the supervision of the PA, the facilitator/ coach will be responsible on outreach activities, daily, weekly and monthly meetings with project beneficiaries and stakeholders. - The position will be responsible on conducting the monitoring and evaluation activities including conducting assessments. - Responsible on community relationships and community outreach activities with the project targeted groups. - Responsible on project activities through conducting and attending. These are not limited to meetings, workshops, disbursements of toolkits, awareness raising and support events; implementation as directed by the PA. - Support the agricultural project activities which are not limited to assessments in the targeted communities and conduct the project agricultural development activities. - Support H4H trainers in conducting all project capacity building trainings. That are not limited to beneficiary selection phase, implementation phase and the follow up. - Support monitoring and evaluation, led by the PO: collect project data and ensure feedback loop with beneficiaries. Serve as key source of information in any management inquiries about a specific beneficiary in assigned group - Provide adequate financial documents for the PA, admin officer and the finance manager. Personal Skills: Proactive, results-oriented, and service-oriented, strong relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
