We are looking for Lead Subcontracts Engineer/Administrator based in Basra, Iraq. The Lead Subcontracts Engineer / Administrator is responsible for managing all subcontracting activities for project execution in Iraq, from preparation and administration of subcontract agreements to closeout. The role ensures compliance with company procedures, supports the project team with effective contract management, and acts as a liaison with implementation contractors to ensure alignment with project requirements, schedules, and cost objectives.
