هەلی کاری تر لە کۆمپانیای نەوت بۆ بەشەکانی ئایتی Job announcement for oil and gas companies in Erbil: We are looking for Specialist (Printing, Scanning and Copying Infrastructure) Support of Operating and Basic IT&T Services - Education: Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical field; - Manufacturer certification for printer support and service: Xerox, HP/HPE or other enterprise grade manufacturer; - Not less than 3-years of experience in technical support and servicing printing, scanning and copying enterprise level equipment and software listed below: ➢ Xerox CentreWare Web; ➢ YSoft SafeQ; ➢ Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating System family; Windows 10, all Microsoft Office 2019 applications; ➢ Advanced Microsoft Office 2019 User. - Basic knowledge of the IT Services management model based on ITSM methodology in accordance with ITIL and COBIT recommendations; - Language skills: English: at Upper-Intermediate level.
