Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the after-sales department, including service, parts, and customer relations. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing top-notch after-sales services. - Develop and implement after-sales strategies to increase service profitability. - Manage the service team, providing training and support to enhance their performance. - Monitor and analyze department performance, making improvements as necessary. - Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution of issues. - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure efficient parts inventory management. - Ensure compliance with all company policies and automotive industry regulations.
