An e-commerce company in Erbil is seeking a Customer Support Agent to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Fluency in Iraqi Arabic and English is required, along with prior experience in customer support roles.

I am looking for a Customer Support Agent for my e-commerce client in #Erbil to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any issue that their customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. . . I am looking for someone who - Has previous experience in the role - Has a very high senses of responsibility - Has outstanding communication skills - Has the ability to solve customers problems on spots that is through deep understanding of the company's system and applications. - Speaks fluent Iraqi Arabic and English . . The company offers a working environment that helps you to grow a comfortable working schedule, working is from 8:30-5:30, Sunday to Thursday and the salary for this role is $700 per a month. . .
