Job Opportunity – Logistics Specialist Shipment Company is seeking a highly qualified female(girl) Logistics Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer and email use, and capable of professional emails that meet international corporate standards. Key Requirements and Skills: 1. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in all standard applications are essential. 2. Excellent email skills: The ability to write clear, professional, and concise emails is essential. 3. Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. 4. Knowledge of Incoterms or willingness to learn them. 5. Strong coordination and communication skills with other companies and organizations. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. 7. Bachelor's degree at IT Department 8. Minimum of two years. 9. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. 10. Proficiency in writing and drafting administrative Letters and documents for organizations and government entities, with the ability to professionally rephrase texts, organize files and office documents, and manage administrative tasks with high efficiency. Main Responsibilities: • Monitoring all emails and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. • Writing and sending professional emails that meet international standards. • Understand and assess customer needs, ensuring their requirements are met effectively. • Commitment to applying to the organization’s approved global pricing system.
