The Sales Engineer will evaluate customer needs, explain company products, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building client relationships, designing project plans, negotiating contracts, and managing project implementation from idea to completion. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or Interior Design and at least 2 years of experience. Fluency in Arabic, English, and Kurdish is preferred.
Vacancy: Sales Engineer Location: Erbil Responsibilities: - Evaluate customer needs and provide detailed explanation about the company's products. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service . - Building trusting relationships with clients and communicating with them within the business rules. - Imagine and draw designs plans according to the needs of the project . - Determining the timetable for completion and implementation of the project after the approval of the direct manager . - Negotiate with clients on the design and implementation until the contract is written. - Implementation of the design project from idea to completion. - Responsible for the kitchen shop drawing . - responsible for his own project until the installation is completed. - Creating creative ideas in designs. - Preparing a daily report and sending it to the Direct manager that includes the tasks completed during the day and the tasks expected for the next day . - Preparing a weekly and monthly report on the progress of the development of designs and completed works and sending it to the direct manager . Requirements: - Must Be has Bachelor’s degree in architecture Engineering OR Interior Design. - Minimum 2 Years Experience. - Communication Skills. - Languages: Arabic – English – Kurdish is prefer.
