Looking for a full-time HR Recruiter to manage recruitment processes, coordinate with managers, source candidates, and conduct interviews, with proficiency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter 📍 Location: Erbil Company: Shoof Company 🔹 Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring) * Coordinate with department managers to identify hiring needs * Source candidates through various channels (social media, job portals, referrals) * Conduct initial interviews and candidate evaluations (IQ, EQ, and technical fit) * Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process 🔹 Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field * Proven experience in recruitment or HR (1–3 years preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media hiring * Good command of English, Arabic, and/ Kurdish How to Apply: Send your CV to: [email protected] Subject: HR Recruiter – Erbil #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
