The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, generating reports, ensuring accurate pricing, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain smooth financial workflows. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with various departments. Key Responsibilities: - Report to the Account Managers’ team with weekly financial dues of client accounts and create receipts accordingly. - Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to the Finance team. - Generate financial reports on a weekly, monthly, biannual, and annual basis. - Handle rejections and price adjustments in the sales system and finance records based on input from the Account Managers’ team. - Manage financial data with accuracy and efficiency. - Coordinate with cash collectors, provide direction, and ensure timely collections. - Send receipt confirmation emails to the company accountant. - Monitor daily sales prices, ensuring accuracy based on the company’s offerings. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in financial reporting, sales operations, or a similar role is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Effective communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
