Iratrac is hiring an IT Helpdesk Engineer based in Baghdad. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, basic knowledge of computer systems, TCP/IP, VPN, and mobile devices, and good English skills.

Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or similar relevant field. - Experience: Fresh Graduated. - Basic knowledge of computer systems (Hardware & software), TCP/IP, VPN and mobile devices. - Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - English Language: (Good). - Location: Based Baghdad.
