A logistics company basra in need Sales Officer (Female) Experience Required: 2-3 years in Sales Job Responsibilities: Follow up on client requirements as assigned by the direct manager, including urgent requests, and coordinate with relevant departments. Maintain smooth communication with existing and potential clients via email, on-site visits to workplaces and companies, and prepare related reports. Participate in conducting competitive analysis in local markets. Adhere to work procedures, policies, and use relevant forms. Propose improvements to materials or products for clients and explain the benefits of changes. Participate in implementing occupational health and safety regulations. Contribute to the company’s marketing efforts on its official social media platforms. Provide customer support and resolve issues related to installed equipment. Review the accuracy of data in stakeholder evaluations (client assessments) and address any observations or issues. Seek endorsements from existing and potential clients (e.g., appreciation letters, thank-you notes, and testimonials). Prepare, track, and audit invoices, payments, and receivables periodically.
