🌟 Job Title: Commercial Coordinator 📍 Location: Sulaymaniyah -Arbat 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 🏢 Company: Mata Nation 📝 Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and support daily commercial operations. • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining commercial documentation. • Liaise with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow. • Process customer orders, contracts, and related documentation. • Prepare and maintain reports on sales, orders, and commercial performance. • Track deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion. • Support communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Commercial Manager. ✅ Requirements: • Fresh Graduation bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred). • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships. • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
