Job Title: Team Leader (Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist - Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Works) Location: [Mousel – Sinjir ] Job Type: Full-time About Us: [International Strait Gibraltar Company] Responsibilities: • Lead a team responsible for monitoring and evaluating Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works projects. • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and tools. • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance with standards. • Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on project performance and outcomes. • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on monitoring and evaluation practices. • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in monitoring and evaluation. Requirements: • Master's degree in Engineering (MSc) or relevant field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, third-party monitoring, or related fields, particularly in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works. • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for monitoring and evaluation.
