TipTop is looking for a (Dark Store Supervisor- Sulaymaniyah) Rules and Responsibilities: * Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff. * Ensure high levels of customer. * satisfaction through excellent service. * Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. * Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. * Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths. * Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc). * Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance. General Skills: *Proven successful experience as a retail store supervisor. * Powerful leading skills and business orientation. * Strong organizational skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Have experience working in dark store, retail, or warehouse environments. * General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, ERP system, or any inventory system). * Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible, and honest. * Must thrive in fast-paced environments. * Organized, team-oriented, positive attitude, and helpful.
