Shandz Company in Erbil is hiring an IT Engineer to maintain computer systems, install hardware/software, and provide technical support. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and proficiency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic.
WE ARE HIRING!!! - JOB TITLE: IT Engineer - Duration: Permanent - Gender: Male/Female - Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications engineering or related. - Location: Erbil Major responsibilities: - Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them - Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications. - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. - Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. - Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues - Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time. - Conduct quality checks on computer equipment. - Report any errors, bugs issue or matters that require the IT/technical team involvement - Good command in English, Kurdish and Arabic If your qualifications match the mentioned criteria, please send your updated CV and mention the subject as Tendering Officer: [email protected] Please mention the Job Title in the Subject line of your email.
