A Construction Company is seeking a Business Development & Research Assistant. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying business opportunities. Must have a Master’s degree in Business or related field and experience in data analysis.
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Business Development & Research Assistant to join the Business Development Office of Constriction Company. This role supports the department’s strategic mission by conducting in-depth market research, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities that drive business growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed research and analysis on new business sectors and market trends. • Support the development of feasibility studies for potential business opportunities. • Identify and assess potential partners, suppliers, and market prospects. • Collect, organize, and interpret data from various sources, including field visits and surveys. • Create and deliver insightful presentations, summaries, and data models to support business decisions. • Monitor and evaluate the performance metrics of past and ongoing projects. • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and other departments to align findings with company strategies. • Stay updated on global and local innovations, technologies, and policies that may affect the company's growth. • Ensure all research documentation is accurate, confidential, and professionally maintained. Requirements: • Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in data analysis, market research, and reporting. • Ability and willingness to travel between cities for research and surveys. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; Kurdish is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Candidate with a car and valid driving license is highly preferred.
