A company in Erbil is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high standards of customer service. Fluency in English and experience with Excel and email writing are required.
Job vacancy: Floor Supervisor - Erbil Core Functions / Responsibilities: 1. Ensures that guests have a positive and memorable experience each and every time they visit 2. Provides leadership and administration of discipline to subordinates. 3. Provide assistance in problem areas. 4. Keep a daily shift log of incidents, absences, tardiness, accidents, complaints, etc. 5. supervise employees and establish work requirements. 6. Ensure all daily needs of our individuals are being met by direct support professionals. 7. Formulating work schedules for all floor staff 8. Ordering and inventory for the department as assigned by the CEO 9. Ensure proper scheduling of the floor team. 10. Handle guest complaints and render decisions judiciously and tactfully. 11. Assist with inventory and monitor supply requisitions to ensure costs are kept to a minimum without losing quality and usage of materials. 12. Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs. 13. Required to train new staff for sales and customer service SOPs Ensuring proper training of employees. 14. Ensuring proper compliance with cash control procedures, and performs related accounting and administrative reports as required 15. Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety for all employees and guests. Required Qualifications Fluency in English, Great at using Excel, Great at writing emails, and excellent customer service experience. Between 25 & 35.
