Job Opportunity: Outdoor Services Supervisor Company: Glossy Advertisement Location: Sulaymaniyah, Salim Street, Qaiwan Tower Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview Glossy Advertisement is seeking a versatile Outdoor Services Supervisor. This role is a blend of field inspection and technical IT support. You will be responsible for the physical quality of our outdoor advertisements and the functionality of the hardware and software used to report on them. Working Hours & Schedule * Days: 5 Days a week (Sunday to Thursday). * Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. * Break: 1 hour rest (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM). Key Responsibilities * Field Inspection & Visual Reporting: Regularly visit outdoor sites to monitor quality and capture professional photographs for reporting. Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and solve technical issues on-site immediately; request formal maintenance only for major repairs. * System Diagnostics: Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of company systems. * IT Maintenance: Install and update company software and hardware as needed to ensure smooth operations. * Staff Support: Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer-related problems. * Process Improvement: Suggest ways to improve maintenance workflows and reporting accuracy. Requirements & Qualifications * Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to troubleshoot computer problems and manage hardware/software updates. * Hand-on Skills: Basic mechanical or technical ability to perform minor on-site repairs for outdoor displays. * Photography & Reporting: Ability to provide clear, documented visual reports of site conditions. * Adaptability: Must handle workload changes during peak times or audits smoothly. * Communication: Ability to explain technical issues clearly to both staff and management.
