Bureau Veritas is hiring a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the relevant discipline and 3 years in project coordination. Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, communicating with clients, and managing project documentation.
We are hiring Project Manager Location: Basra and Erbil Minimum Required Qualifications: Graduate engineer with at least 5 years experience in the discipline concerned, 3 years in co-ordination of project activity. GM SI 101 – Performance of shop inspections Responsibilities: Coordinate inspections for multiple clients, including scheduling appointments, assigning inspectors, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Communicate with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences. Liaise with inspectors to provide necessary project details and ensure they have the resources needed to complete inspections effectively. Maintain accurate records of project details, including client information, inspection schedules, and project statuses. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects and address any questions or concerns they may have. Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Orchestrates the intended outcome that balances Bureau Veritas contract, budget, time and costs limitations Uploading the inspection history reports and mechanical documents after review. Acts as an "HUB" for all activities reaching out to the Client (or Client's representative), contract task force as well as group and external subcontractors involved in the contractual duty process. Brings to the contract the required resources as well as the tools necessary to follow the contract schedule, cost / profit as well as quality on the contracts way to a successful completion. Full knowledge of the project's technical issues and its status. Analysis of the contract documents, quality, legal and finance aspects, general requirements, specifications and plans combined with the estimate and scope of work constitute Project Manager’s objective of contract goal setting.
