Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT systems and network administration. High‑level expertise with modern Cisco devices and management platforms, with hands‑on experience across multi‑branch enterprises. Strong grasp of enterprise routing and switching, network security, and hybrid architectures. Proven Microsoft 365 administration, including Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Experience in multi‑site operations, typically more than three locations, with WAN design, site connectivity, and centralized management. Solid documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher. Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator or equivalent workload‑specific certifications (Exchange, Teams, Intune). CompTIA Security+ or similar cybersecurity certification.
