The Procurement Officer will research and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships. Responsibilities include reviewing product quality, updating supplier lists, and preparing bid summaries for final vendor selection. Experience in procurement and ERP systems is preferred.
Job title: Procurement Officer Accountability: -Research potential vendors for all the materials required by the company -Analyze and evaluate offers from suppliers -Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing -Review quality of purchased products -Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed -Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts -Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications,delivery time,and potential future developments _Creating the POs in ER system -review requisition and analyzing solicits quotations -prepare bid summary and analyzes the bids to finalize the awarded vendor -enter in ERP and awards POs/BPA Nationality:kurd Location:erbil Working time: full time Send cv to ([email protected])
