The Marketing Coordinator assists the Sales team in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media, and maintaining the company’s website and analytics. Requires experience in marketing, social media management, and data analysis.
هەلی کار لە هەولێر بە موچەیەکی باش Job title: Marketing Coordinator Department: Marketing Reports to: Managing Director Main place of work: Erbil, 32 Park, Opposite of Empire Working hours: From 10:00 PM to 06:30 AM (Sat - Thu) The Marketing Coordinator assists the Sales team in all areas of a marketing strategy by developing different elements for their execution. This will include assisting with market research organizing the distribution of literature or helping to organize an event. They will also be responsible for maintaining the Kazo Group and company’s website and other social media marketing tools and managing inquiries generated by website visitors. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. ➢ Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. ➢ Managing and growing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and monitoring user interactions. ➢ Analyzing performance metrics and using data-driven insights to refine our digital marketing and social media campaigns. ➢ Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies ➢ Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics ➢ Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support ➢ Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: ➢ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field ➢ minimum 3 years of relevant experience creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
