Application Deadline: 15-6-2024 Duties and responsibilities: Main Duties: A Heavy Machinery Brand Coordinator is responsible for managing the branding and marketing strategies for heavy machinery products. This role involves creating marketing campaigns, coordinating with advertising agencies, conducting market research, developing brand guidelines, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. They may also collaborate with sales teams to align branding efforts with business goals and customer needs. Additionally, they monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to refine branding strategies and enhance brand awareness and loyalty. 1. As a coordinator at a brand agency, you'd likely be responsible for seamlessly integrating traditional marketing strategies with digital initiatives. This could involve coordinating between different teams, managing projects that involve both online and offline elements, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels. You might also be involved in analyzing data to optimize campaigns and strategies for maximum impact. 2. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, documentation, and metrics related to heavy machinery. Provide regular updates to management on project status. 3. coordinating and following up on the requirements related to heavy machinery in the government institutions like ministry of investment in Iraq and etc.… 4. Performing any other duties assigned by the company Required qualifications, skills & experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. professional certifications in the related field is a plus. - previous experience in sales or marketing position in heavy machinery companies is required. - plus 3 years of experience as a manager in sales or marketing in heavy machinery company is an advantage. - Arabic and English languages are required, and Turkish language is a plus. • Excellent knowledge of the heavy machinery requirements in business and gov institutions. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills. • Strong attention to detail and good reporting & analytical skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. - creativity, and strategic thinking skills are essential for success in this role. Working Condition & Benefits: - Working days & hours: Hybrid. - Salary: IQD 1,000,000 to IQD 1,500,000 based on experience level.
