Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer at Alsharaa Dent in Erbil. The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support to customers and internal teams, troubleshoot problems, and offer timely and effective solutions. The Technical Support Engineer will also manage customer support tickets, document procedures, and provide training to customers as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Medical engineering or a related field - 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field - Experience with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with dental equipment is a plus - Fluency in English and Kurdish is required.
