Head of Marketing Zibox is a multi-platform Web and Mobile application. The software team builds and maintain software solution. The main purpose of ZiBox is everything a user needs «in one box». The user gets a set of useful services and tools using a single account. There is also an opportunity to use services under one interface. It is aimed to make net surfing for a user much easier. Role Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to assume the role of Head of Marketing in our e-commerce company. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and drive online sales. Additionally, you will oversee a team of marketing professionals and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. As a detail-oriented team player, you will continuously seek out new methodologies and creative approaches to enhance our digital marketing efforts. Your role: • Develop and manage B2B campaigns to achieve lead generation targets. • Supervise the Design team to compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, emails, social media, and events. • Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance conversion rates. • Prepare accurate reports on the overall performance of marketing campaigns. • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the industry. • Evaluate key metrics that impact website traffic, service quotas, and target audience engagement. • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative growth strategies. • Craft persuasive emails, social media posts, and sales messages. • Identify potential customer segments and businesses that would benefit from our services. • Generate solutions quickly, iterating rapidly when necessary. • Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise. Your skills: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, a female is preferred • Proven ability to manage and report on marketing campaigns. • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, web and email best practices, and website analytics. • Experience in writing and developing communications that drive high conversion rates. • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe. • Strong team-working, presentation, and written communication skills in English, Kurdish, and Arabic. Working Conditions: • This is a permanent position. • The role will be based at our offices in Erbil. • Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday. • Occasional unsocial hours may be required based on business demands, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule • If you have the skills required then please send your CV to [email protected].
