هەلی کار لە دهۆک Job Announcement: Organization or Agency: International Organization for Migration (IOM) Position Title: Project Assistant (MHPSS Social Worker) Organizational Unit: Peacebuilding and Stabilization Division Duty Station: Duhok (Bajd Kandala camp) – Iraq Type of Contract: Sub-Contract to Stars Orbit Consultants and Management Development/ Hourly Grade: Ungraded Duration of Appointment: Three (3) months, with possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and funds availability Closing Date: 25 November 2023 Reference Code: CFA2023/IRQ/262 Context/Reporting line: Under the general guidance of the Programme Coordinator (MHPSS), the overall supervision of the National MHPSS Officer, the administrative supervision of the Head of Sub Office (HoSO) , and the direct supervision of the Senior MHPSS Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the MHPSS activities by performing the following functions and responsibilities: Core Functions / Responsibilities 1. Participate in the continuous needs assessment component of the MHPSS services, facilitating group discussions in the communities targeted under the project, and delivering written reports based on that input. Required Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social worker, or any related field from an accredited academic university with 2 years of professional experience.
