Task Summary In order to maintain our competitive and creative business, Home Teacher in Erbil is searching for a high-performing Sales Manager to assist us in reaching our goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your duties will include making the most of our sales team's capabilities, creating sales plans, and defending those plans to higher management. Task Duties • Manage the sales staff well to achieve growth and meet sales goals. • Create and carry out a comprehensive business plan that assures the company's strong presence and grows its consumer base. • Through collaboration and learning about the needs, you can establish and maintain enduring relationships with your customers. • Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives • Provide the management team with reports on sales, revenue, and expenses along with accurate projections.
