The selected candidate will work closely with the Legal Manager and support in reviewing contracts, managing legal documents, and coordinating with internal departments. This role is ideal for a law graduate with at least 3 years of experience in a legal or corporate legal setting. Key Responsibilities: · Draft and review legal documents and contracts in both Arabic and English. · Support internal departments on legal matters and ensure proper coordination. · Prepare reports, memos, and legal correspondence. · Maintain proper filing and archiving of legal documents. · Follow up on contract renewals and manage agreement records. · Conduct legal research on Iraqi laws and regulations. · Translate legal documents as needed (Arabic ↔️ English). · Attend meetings and document legal actions and decisions. · Work closely with HR to align employee contracts with labor laws. · Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized public university. · At least 3 years of experience in a legal office or corporate legal department. · Excellent command of legal terminology in both English and Arabic. · Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Fluent English is a must. · Female candidates only
