A full-time position for a registered nurse to conduct health assessments, develop care plans, manage medications, perform medical treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide emotional support to residents in a geriatric home in Erbil. A bachelor’s degree in nursing and a valid nursing license are required.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' health conditions, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being. -Develop individualized care plans based on the assessment findings, addressing specific medical, social, and psychological needs. -Monitor residents' medication responses and identify and report any adverse reactions or changes in condition. -Perform various medical treatments and procedures, such as wound care, injections, and catheterizations, as required. -Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly report any abnormalities to the appropriate healthcare professionals. -Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and their families, fostering a positive and comforting environment. -Document all nursing interventions, observations, and changes in residents' conditions accurately and promptly. -Ensure residents have a safe and secure environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards. -Identify and respond promptly to emergencies, providing appropriate first aid and notifying the appropriate personnel. 2.
