Seeking an experienced Showroom Manager in Baghdad to lead showroom operations, manage digital marketing, coordinate promotional activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and increase sales in the electrical appliances sector.
Showroom Manager – MASA Company Location: Baghdad, Karada Industry: Electrical Appliances (Air Conditioners, Home Appliances & TVs) MASA Company is seeking a highly experienced Showroom Manager specialized exclusively in the electrical appliances sector to lead showroom operations and drive sustainable sales growth in line with the company’s strategy. Requirements: • Proven previous experience specifically in electrical appliances (ACs, home appliances, televisions). • Strong technical knowledge of product specifications and features. • Demonstrated ability to attract and acquire customers both offline and online. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Experience in digital engagement (Facebook & Instagram management and promotion). • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Results-driven with a clear understanding of retail sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Management: Build and maintain a strong customer base through direct and indirect channels, strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients, and ensure smooth product delivery. Achieve and exceed revenue and sales growth targets through comprehensive planning and effective management practices. • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share. • Promotional Coordination: Collaborate with the CEO and Marketing Department to coordinate promotional activities and ensure optimal product positioning within the showroom. • Showroom Display: Create visually attractive product displays to enhance customer engagement and improve showroom navigation. • Digital Expertise (Facebook & Instagram): Manage and promote showroom content across social media platforms to increase reach and generate leads. • Demo Unit Management: Ensure all demo units are in excellent condition, professionally prepared for customer presentations, and properly supervised to avoid damage. • Training & Development: Train and coach the sales team on effective communication and selling techniques to enhance overall performance. • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing and payment plans with customers, successfully close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Inventory Management: Advise on stock management by recommending products for replenishment or removal from the showroom. • Follow-Up & Documentation: Monitor invoices, receipts, payment requests, and maintain accurate sales records. Evaluate employee achievements based on sales performance. • Conflict Resolution & Supervision: Promote a positive working environment, resolve conflicts, and oversee daily showroom operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
