Job Opportunity: Sales Development Representative Location: Sulaymaniyah Schedule: Full Time Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Working Days: Sunday - Thursday Keylimit group We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads and establishing initial contact with prospective customers. Your goal will be to engage prospects, generate interest, and schedule meetings or demos for our sales team. Responsibilities: - Conduct research and identify potential leads within target industries and markets. - Use various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media, to initiate contact with potential customers. - Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit with our product or service offering. - Effectively communicate our value proposition and product benefits to prospects. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through diligent lead nurturing and follow-up. - Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and develop effective outreach campaigns. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role is preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers. - Excellent listening and probing skills to understand customer needs and pain points. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
