We are looking for a well-experienced accountant with hands-on experience in the tech industry. This position works independently, under limited supervision, reporting major activities through periodic meetings. - Report to: Project Owner - DATE POSTED: Feb 12, 2022 - CLOSING DATE: Immediately - JOB TYPE: Contract - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Reviewing systems performance and identifying system issues · Assisting in Designing and implementing accountant system controls and providing quality assurance · Reviewing and maintaining all financial systems policies and procedures · Collaborating with the developer and financial staff to meet business requirements · Working with the developer team to design systems development · Managing system upgrades with the developer team. · Working with business intelligence software MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS · Systems development and finance systems experience · Broad experience and knowledge of accounting systems · Ability to collaborate · Advanced computer software skills.
