Job Location: Iraq -Erbil Company: Eagle Post Job Titel: Product and Service coordinator Department: Product Management Reports to: General manager Purpose: The Product and Service coordinator is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of products and services, ensuring smooth coordination between teams to deliver exceptional results. This role involves managing product development, coordinating service offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall service experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both product management and service coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, service coordination, or a related role. Proven track record of managing products and coordinating services, ideally within a customer-facing environment. Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple products and services simultaneously, balancing competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
